The bathroom is a place for rejuvenation and relaxation. However if it looks cluttered and disorderly, it can be difficult to feel refreshed and clean even if it is your bathroom!
Cotton buds, facial products, toothpaste, and curling irons by the sink; newly washed towels and stocks of new toiletries in an open shelf gathering dust: these are the usual sights that we see in most bathrooms. And they are what makes a bathroom untidy.
Yes, bathrooms in a typical home are usually too small, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t achieve a clutter-free and neat-looking one! The trick is to keep all those bottles and equipment out of sight, especially those that are not frequently being used. And a pull-out bathroom storage just might be the best solution for your bathroom mess.
With a pull-out bathroom storage system, all your bathroom items are kept hidden unless you need to use them. It is usually a large single unit, and what’s nice about it is that you can easily see everything and get what you need with just one pull. There are also versions that have individual pull-out drawers that’s ideal for storing heavier items.
You can have a floor-to-ceiling unit installed behind the shower plumbing wall, perfect for storing all the new towels, toiletries and even your hamper! For hair styling equipment and other body grooming tools, using the space under the sink would be a great idea.
If there is space available, you can also build a pull-out storage beside your sink. That would be good for your everyday items such as facial wash and creams, toothpaste, toothbrush, and hair styling products. They are all within reach and you can put them back in without much effort.
And while you’re at it, why not use this idea for the mirror/medicine cabinet too? It’s better than the standard medicine cabinet since, again, a pull-out storage makes it easy to find what you need without having to rummage through a lot of things just to get something!
